Jennifer Stasior is the president and founder of AltoSearch Associates, Inc. She established her own firm with the vision of providing the highest quality executive search services to her clients and candidates, a goal she has proudly achieved with AltoSearch.

Jennifer brings in depth experience from many disciplines to her role as an executive search consultant. Before founding AltoSearch, Jennifer was a principal and founder of Sand Hill Search, Inc., a boutique executive search firm in Silicon Valley focused on high level recruiting for the software industry. Jennifer also worked at Optimum Executive Search in San Francisco, where she focused primarily on engineering staffing for enterprise computing and web-related companies.

Before her career as an executive search consultant, she held senior sales management positions in the publishing industry and worked at Sotheby's in New York as an expert of 19th and 20th century works of art. Jennifer holds a BA degree in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Harvard University's post baccalaureate program with a concentration in health sciences.

Jennifer specializes in the recruitment of technology executives for leadership roles in venture-backed start-ups and early growth companies. She is a dedicated consultant who offers detailed end to end management of executive search projects in the areas of software, hardware, networking and telecommunications, enterprise software, electronic commerce, wireless and the Internet. Her passion for recruiting begins with building strong sustainable companies that are at the forefront of creating new markets. Her success is due to finely honed research skills, a thorough and detailed approach to the executive search process and an ability to identify and bring together exceptional people.
